NETFLIX: Freedom Writers – amazing, inspirational film

A young teacher teaches her students about the parallels between her students “gang lives” and Hitler.   Eventually she asks them to keep journals about their troubled lives — hoping they can apply history’s lessons to break the cycle of violence and despair.  Incredibly inspiring story… rough beginning…heart-warming end.

I ADORED THIS FILM!!!  wonderful story about how we should and can get along – regardless of race, religion, color, sex, etc.
