2) June 11, 6:30PM Mon – Burton Chase Park class, MDR – lovely evening class overlooking the Marina – perfect way to do tai chi

Lana is an exceptional tai chi master
I’ve had the honor of studying with her since 1991

Tai chi is like a “slow dance” martial art –
great for core, leg & arm strength, balance and posture
It’s also very meditative and good for heart & brain health

It’s impossible to think about work while doing tai chi
AND it’s beautiful to perform… we all LOVE dance!

It’s a lovely group of compassionate and devoted students.
