Dr Fishman promotes Iyengar yoga for back pain

Great article!  He has been promoting Iyengar yoga since 1972 for back pain, osteoporosis, joint pain and arthritis, etc.  Iyengar is therapeutic yoga – which focuses on correct alignment, holding positions longer, improving hormonal & organ function, building strength, and mediation / mindfulness / pranayama.  I LOVE IT!!!
