Probiotics Change Brain Activity, Emotional Response

Thank Carolyn Gangi!!!  Probiotics (including fermented products like kimchi and sauerkraut) are good for your EMOTIONS, BRAIN and GUT (your body’s SECOND BRAIN).   And they restore the bacteria / flora destroyed by overuse of antibiotics.

Researchers from UCLA’s Geffen School of Medicine have determined that consuming a milk fermented with probiotics changes the brain activity of women.  (surely good for men too 🙂
