Netflix: Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead – save your life by eating right.

INspiring story of two overweight men who are on the verge of heart attacks… Joe Cross, an Aussie, decides to fast for 60 days on Dr Fuhrman’s vegetable and fruit diet – drinking only juices.  Halfway across American, he meets Phil Riverstone and plants the “fasting” seed in his mind (Phil weights 429).  Joe finishes his fast, losing about 70lbs and feeling great.  A few weeks later, Phil calls him and says he’s ready to make the same commitment.  Phil eventually loses about 90lbs in 60 days, and opens a juice bar in his town, where he inspires his community to follow in his footsteps…

I’ve been on his diet for 3 weeks (solids, not juices) and lost 4lbs.  It forces your body to use the fat around your belly – what a GREAT idea!!! It really does work and you feel great!  Give up animal protein, grains, sugar, oils, processed foods, and dairy. I encourage everyone to watch this film and share it with your friends!  Together, we CAN end the OBESITY EPIDEMIC in America…
