Know thyself… Obsessing lowers self-esteem – so KNOW your BUTTONS. When they get pushed, RESIST THE URGE TO OBSESS… have a pre-arranged, mental distraction plan. Treat yourself as your best friend would – be compassionate, and revive your self-esteem
Loneliness is another killer… Lonely people are 14% more likely to die early – just like smokers…
