Dr. Weil & Kimba Arem: music to stimulate alpha state and help you sleep
I’ve been using this for years, and love it. I put a cd player above my head and turn it on when I lay down to sleep (and if I wake up, I play it again). It feeds sounds to your left and right brain and slowly puts you in an alpha state, which helps you relax and sleep. If I’ve been anxious or stressed, just knowing that I have this tool helps me relax, as I feel confident that I can fall asleep, or back to sleep.
